RegistryAtlas is operated by DevRig LLC, Wyoming, USA. This policy explains, in plain English, everything the site does with data about its visitors. It is effective as of 2026-07-22.

What we collect

The site has no accounts, no sign-ups, and no paywalls, so there is very little to collect. Two things touch visitor data:

  • Self-hosted analytics (Umami). We run our own instance of Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to count page views and see which lookup tools get used. It sets no cross-site tracking cookies and builds no advertising profile; the data stays on infrastructure we control and tells us things like "the Texas search page got N visits," not who you are.
  • Infrastructure logs (Cloudflare). The site runs on Cloudflare, whose edge network processes standard request data (such as IP address and user agent) to deliver pages and defend against abuse. These are routine, short-lived operational logs.

What we never do

We do not sell personal data — not to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else. We don't run cross-site trackers, and we don't build profiles of visitors. The business records shown on the site are public government data about business entities, which is a separate thing from personal data about you as a visitor.

Outbound and affiliate links

Some links lead to third-party services, including affiliate partners such as LLC-formation and registered-agent providers (see the affiliate disclosure in our terms). Once you click through, that site's own privacy policy applies — an affiliate partner may use its own cookies to attribute the referral. We don't pass them any personal information about you; the click itself is all they get from us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights over personal data — access, correction, deletion, and objection among them. We are committed to honoring those requests for any visitor, wherever you're from. In practice, because the site keeps no account data and its analytics are anonymous, there is usually nothing on file to retrieve or delete — but ask anyway if you're unsure, and we'll check.

Contact

For any privacy question or request, email privacy@registryatlas.com or use the contact page. If we ever change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page.
